Children’s Yoga Immersions
Ages 6+ We incorporates games, singing, stories and art with yoga exercise and simple relaxation techniques to facilitate a child’s physical development and self-control. Our time includes and opening foot “spa” at the beginning of the session and tea time/mindful snack to round out the practice. Enrollment is kept to a minimum so your child receives abundant individual attention and a unique experience. $40 per class.

Storytime Yoga for Adults and Children

A class for grown-ups and kids. Snuggle up together for tea and an entertaining book read by Jen. Then, practice yoga exercises and meditation together based on the characters and events of the story.
$15 per person.
Cooking Experience: Eat like a Yogi
In the cooking camp, Kids will learn about basic spices and how to cook to promote good digestion and balance in the body according to the common sense principles of Ayurveda. All meals are vegetarian and the kids will go home with recipes, their own stainless steel spice box and all the ingredients to make “kitchari” – a tasty and nourishing dish they naturally love.
We will learn the importance of putting love and attention into each cooking moment so that what we eat is not only nourishing physically but spiritually as well.
