Yoga ABC’s are back this coming month as an expression of love and gratitude for the joy and understanding yoga brings to our daily lives. The intention here is to learn, be creative and have fun! Here is the list of ABC’s I’ve put together this month. Given that there are 31 days rather than 26 I’ve added a few rest days and tagged on a couple of very important poses to practice as often as possible. I hope you’ll join me!
