Private Lessons
Traditionally, instruction in yoga was passed from teacher to student in a one-on-one setting.
Because every person is unique, private instruction weekly, monthly or seasonally - along with taking your regular group classes - is the best way for you to grow with yoga.
Whether you are healing from a specific injury or condition, or simply developing a home yoga practice, working with a trained and experienced teacher one-on-one can help you reach specific goals that will allow you to function optimally throughout your day.
Developing other aspects of yoga beyond the physical practice (like guidelines for eating, yoga philosophy, breath work) will improve your quality of life, as well as enhance your relationships with
family, co-workers and friends.
Expect to receive follow-up support after your session.
I recommend an initial meeting of 90 minutes to allow for
assessment and communication about goals.
Fees:
90 minutes = $85
60 minutes = $60
30 minute = $40
Package Discount: 6 sessions for $300
Packages must be used within 8 weeks of purchase.
Sliding scale/trade fees can be negotiated for those with limited income.
